Make sure no third party anti-viruses are installed, Vanguard/FaceIT is uninstalled, and that you have disabled windows defender via dcontrol

Open your game and put it in borderless fullscreen then quit out of it, and make sure it is not running at all.
Open medal and just let it run in the background, after that open the loader that you got in your email spam folder, then login with your credentials.
Launch game and press F5 in main menu to inject, menu key is insert.
